How much does cleaning cost?
If price is your only criterion, we are not the right choice.
We will not quote you a price blindly — anyone who does is guessing, and in the end the customer always pays for the guesswork. What we can do is explain exactly what determines the price, what it includes and why the price we confirm holds. In black and white, before you decide anything.

A price off the top of the head is a guess — and the customer always pays for it
Two 80 m² flats can be completely different cleaning jobs. Any price given without knowing the property is misleading — either too high so the provider stays safe, or too low to win you over, with the difference found later, during the work. Five things determine our price:
- Size and condition of the property — a regularly maintained flat is not the same as a space after renovation or years without a deep clean.
- Scope of work — living areas only, or also windows, oven, fridge and the inside of wardrobes. Every item is listed separately in the quote.
- Type of surfaces — natural stone, solid wood and glass walls require different products, different equipment and more knowledge.
- Accessibility — a ground floor with parking at the door or a third floor without a lift; this affects time and organisation.
- Timing and location — urgent dates and distance affect how we fit the job into our teams' schedule.
That is why we do not publish a price list. Instead, based on your description or a viewing, we prepare an exact quote — free, non-binding and with a price that holds.
We do not sell hours. We sell the result.
An hourly rate makes sense when you hire labour: someone comes for a set number of hours, you tell them what to do, and you are responsible for the result. With us you do not hire hours — you order cleaning with an agreed result.
An experienced cleaning master with the right machine does in three hours what someone without the knowledge or equipment needs six for — and the result is still worse. That is why an hourly rate tells you nothing useful about the final price. It does, however, tell you who carries the risk: with hourly billing it is you — if the job takes longer, you pay more. With an agreed price, we carry it.
The right number of cleaning masters comes to the property and works at the same time, and the job is finished only when the space is clean to the last corner. If that takes an extra day, it is not your cost.

Common questions about cleaning prices
Why is there no price list on the website?
Because any price without information about the property would be a guess. The price depends on the size and condition of the space, the scope of work, the type of surfaces, accessibility and timing. Based on a description or viewing we prepare an exact, fixed quote — free and non-binding.
Is a viewing mandatory and do you charge for it?
No and no. Most quotes are prepared from your description and photos. For larger or more demanding projects we come for a viewing — it is always free and does not commit you to anything.
Does the confirmed price hold even if the work takes longer?
Yes. We quote for the result, not for time spent. If the work takes longer than we planned, that is our risk and our cost — the price we confirmed stays the same.
When are there extra charges?
Only for separately agreed items such as the oven, the fridge or windows. Each is listed in the quote with its price and is never charged without your order. There are no hidden extras.
The quote exceeds my budget — what can be done?
We do not lower our prices, because a lower price for the same scope would mean worse work — and that is not something we promise. What we can do is adjust the scope: leave out the windows, clean only the key rooms and so on. Tell us your budget and we will prepare a quote that fits it.
If I am looking for the cheapest provider — why do you say you are not the right choice?
Because the lowest price and flawless work do not go together. Our cleaning masters are paid above average, we work with our own professional equipment and with insured liability — and that has its price.
