What is your hourly rate for office cleaning?
The question is understandable, but it misses the point. An hourly rate makes sense when you hire labour: someone comes for a set number of hours, you tell them what to do, and you are responsible for the result.
With us you do not hire hours, you order the cleaning of your premises with an agreed result. The price covers everything that takes: the work of our employed cleaning masters, professional equipment and products for offices, washrooms and common areas, transport and materials, insured liability, and taxes and contributions.
That is why an hourly rate tells you nothing useful about the price. A master who knows your premises completes the round faster and more thoroughly than someone seeing them for the first time. With hourly billing you carry the risk — if the job takes longer, you pay more. With an agreed price we carry it.
The price of office cleaning depends on the floor area and type of premises, the flooring, how often and how much is cleaned, and when the work is done. For regular cleaning we agree a fixed monthly price, written into the contract, so the cost is predictable. Send an inquiry and we will arrange a viewing.
How often can you clean our premises?
Entirely up to you — daily, several times a week, weekly or occasionally. Most clients combine regular maintenance cleaning with periodic deep cleans.
Can you clean outside our working hours?
Yes, that is our standard. We clean early mornings, evenings or weekends, so your work is never disturbed.
How do contracts and invoicing work?
For regular clients we sign a contract with an agreed scope and monthly invoicing. One-off cleans are invoiced after the job.

Who will come to my place — who are your staff?
At 2clean4U we do not employ cleaners, we employ cleaning masters. Each one earns the title only after completing the induction period and an internal assessment of skill, independent organisation of work, teamwork and mutual trust; anyone who does not reach that standard does not stay with us. Because our masters work far better than the industry average, they are also paid far better — and good people are exactly why the service you receive is what it is. What if something gets damaged during the work?
We hold public liability insurance with Allianz — up to EUR 150,000 per claim. If damage to your property occurred despite all our care, we file the claim ourselves and the insurer covers it; you do not have to arrange anything. In practice this happens very rarely, but precisely because the cover is in place, it is not something you need to think about.
