What window cleaning includes
A window is more than glass. Dirt collects on frames, in the tracks, on seals and sills — and that is exactly where it runs back onto the glass after the first rain. So we clean the whole thing, not just the part you see.
- Glass on both sides — inside and out, no drips or streaks, including patio and balcony doors.
- Frames, tracks and seals — cleaned by hand so dirt does not run back onto the glass.
- Sills and insect screens — inside and outside sills; screens are taken down and washed.
- High windows and glass walls — telescopic poles and a pure-water system for upper floors, wherever it is safe and feasible.
- Shopfronts and office windows — one-off or regular, outside your business hours.

Do you clean windows on both sides?
Yes, always — the glass on both sides, frames, sills and seals. For the outside on upper floors we use telescopic poles and a pure-water system wherever it is safe and feasible.
How do you charge for window cleaning?
The quote is based on the number and size of windows, not on hours. Every window counts as both sides (glass × 2); balcony doors and glass walls are priced by area. The price we confirm stands — even if the job takes longer.
What about insect screens, blinds and shutters?
Screens are taken down and washed; interior blinds and shutters are wiped or deep-cleaned by arrangement. Mention them in your inquiry so they are included in the quote.
Do you also clean windows in business premises?
Yes — shopfronts, glass partitions, entrance portals and office windows, including on a regular basis, for example once a month. We work outside your business hours so we do not disturb customers or staff.
What if it rains on the day?
Rain itself does not dirty windows — the dust it washes off the glass does. In light rain we go ahead; in a downpour we move the appointment by a day or two, free of charge.
What if something gets damaged?
We hold liability insurance with Allianz — up to €150,000 per claim. If damage were to occur despite all care, we report the claim and the insurer covers it; there is nothing for you to arrange.
