Deep cleaning of your flat or house

In-depth cleaning of all rooms: floors, furniture, windows, doors, frames, radiators, lights, the kitchen including grease removal and the bathroom including limescale removal. Scope is adapted to your wishes.

We cannot quote a price in advance — it depends on the size and condition of the property, the scope of work you want and access. We quote for the service and the result, not for time spent: the right number of cleaning masters comes to the property and works at the same time, and the job is finished only when the space is clean to the last corner. The question is understandable, but it misses the point. An hourly rate makes sense when you hire labour: someone comes for a set number of hours, you tell them what to do, and you are responsible for the result.

With us you do not hire hours, you order deep cleaning with an agreed result. The price covers everything that takes: the work of our employed cleaning masters, professional machines and products chosen for each surface, transport and materials, insured liability, and taxes and contributions.

That is why an hourly rate tells you nothing useful about the price. An experienced cleaning master with the right machine does in three hours what someone without the knowledge or the equipment needs six for — and the result is still worse. With hourly billing you carry the risk — if the job takes longer, you pay more. With an agreed price we carry it.

The price of deep cleaning depends on the size and condition of the property, the scope of work you want and access. Send an inquiry — we view the property if needed, the quote is free, and the price we confirm is the price you pay.

We do not lower our prices, but we can adjust the scope of work — for example leave out the windows or clean only the key rooms. That is fairer to both sides: a lower price for the same scope would mean work done less well, and that is not something we promise. Tell us your budget and we will prepare a quote that fits it.

We charge windows on both sides: the glass area is multiplied by two, and the price per m² applies to one side. Cleaning from one side is half the work, from both sides the whole of it. The square metres stated in the quote are an estimate; the final amount depends on the actual measurement taken on site.

These are separate items, because they are time-consuming jobs that many people do not need — otherwise they would be paid for by those who do not want them too. The price is known in advance and is never charged without your order.

At 2clean4U we do not employ cleaners, we employ cleaning masters. Each one earns the title only after completing the induction period and an internal assessment of skill, independent organisation of work, teamwork and mutual trust; anyone who does not reach that standard does not stay with us. We hold public liability insurance with Allianz — up to EUR 150,000 per claim. If damage to your property occurred despite all our care, we file the claim ourselves and the insurer covers it; you do not have to arrange anything. In practice this happens very rarely, but precisely because the cover is in place, it is not something you need to think about.
