Do I need to provide any equipment?
No. We arrive with all our own professional equipment and products, chosen for each surface in your home. The job is finished when the space is completely clean — if it takes us longer than planned, that is not your cost.
What if something gets damaged during the work?
We hold public liability insurance with Allianz — up to EUR 150,000 per claim. If damage to your property occurred despite all our care, we file the claim ourselves and the insurer covers it; you do not have to arrange anything. In practice this happens very rarely, but precisely because the cover is in place, it is not something you need to think about.
