How do you guarantee discretion?
Discretion is the foundation of our Prestige service. Only a permanent, carefully vetted team works in your home; we never discuss clients or showcase their homes — no photos, no named references, no exceptions. An NDA can be signed on request.
Can you handle delicate materials and designer furniture?
Yes — that is our speciality. Natural stone, solid wood, leather, glass walls, artworks and designer furniture are cleaned with methods and products matched to each material. Our experience includes top-tier international events.
Can you clean while we are away?
Yes. Most of our Prestige clients trust us with access to their home. We work in your absence, at times you define — including weekends.
How is the price determined?
Every home is different, so each quote is individual — after a discreet viewing or based on your description. The inquiry and the quote are entirely non-binding.
Who will come to my place — who are your staff?
At 2clean4U we do not employ cleaners, we employ cleaning masters. Each one earns the title only after completing the induction period and an internal assessment of skill, independent organisation of work, teamwork and mutual trust; anyone who does not reach that standard does not stay with us. Because our masters work far better than the industry average, they are also paid far better — and good people are exactly why the service you receive is what it is. What if something gets damaged during the work?
We hold public liability insurance with Allianz — up to EUR 150,000 per claim. If damage to your property occurred despite all our care, we file the claim ourselves and the insurer covers it; you do not have to arrange anything. In practice this happens very rarely, but precisely because the cover is in place, it is not something you need to think about.
