The word "cleaner" promises nothing

Think about it: what does a provider actually promise you when they send "a cleaner"? Nothing. The word does not tell you whether the person can clean natural stone without ruining it. It does not tell you whether they will work through your living room by a system or by feel. And above all, it does not tell you whether you can calmly leave them your keys and go to work.

In an industry where almost every provider promises "reliability and thoroughness", we decided not to pile up promises. We set a threshold instead: with us, the title does not come with the employment contract. It has to be earned.

From day one to the title

Every new colleague starts as a trainee — always alongside an experienced master, never alone at a client's. The induction period is not about learning to "clean", it is about learning a profession: the top-to-bottom system, floors always last. Then comes the internal assessment. We evaluate four things: knowledge, organisation, teamwork and trust. Only when the experienced masters confirm they would hand their most demanding client to the newcomer without hesitation is the title earned. Whoever falls short of the bar does not stay with us. It is true that this makes the team grow more slowly — but that is exactly why the team is worth something.

We value them because we know how rare they are

Anyone who has ever hired people knows: finding and training good staff is the hardest part of any business. Precisely because we know this, we value our cleaning masters all the more — including in their pay: they earn well above the industry average. That is not a cost; it is the foundation of the whole story.

Above-average pay has one more effect that is rarely talked about: a master who does not have to worry about scraping together extra money for the bills can devote herself to the work one hundred percent. She arrives rested, not worn out by a second and third job. A clear head shows on every shelf, every pane of glass, every detail — and that is also why good people stay with us. Why we sometimes turn work down

And now something you will not read anywhere else in our industry: we often decline work. When our teams are full, we could — like many others — quickly hire someone extra and take the job. But we would not be sending a cleaning master to your home; we would be sending merely a cleaner. And that is precisely the risk we are not willing to take: not with our name, and not at your expense.

In such cases we would rather decline and tell the client honestly to look for a cleaner elsewhere. It is not pleasant to say and probably not pleasant to hear — but the title of cleaning master is worth exactly as much as the discipline with which we protect it.

The top league: Prestige

Within the team there is one more, highest threshold: Prestige cleaning is carried out exclusively by the masters with the longest experience — above all from prestigious locations and top-tier events. These include international events at the highest protocol level, where our most experienced masters perform quality control of the cleaning in the apartments of the most senior guests. When they return, they bring the same standard into homes across Slovenia.
